Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant- West Coast Location: West Coast - US - 50% travel Type: Full Time, Salaried plus commission Salary: $104,000-$140,000 base salary + commission Biotech company is looking to add a Senior Sales Consultant to their team! Responsibilities: Resonsible for meeting and/or exceeding assigned territory goals by developing and managing a business plan Responsible for indepth knowledge of assigned products Create relevant account strategies to maximize market adoption of portfolio in assigned territory Actively prospect and develop sales funnel in this rapidly evolving and expanding segment through performing selling activities such as social selling, cold calling, engaging presentations, trade shows and hosting seminars. Set up and lead business reviews in territory-assigned accounts. Identify emerging, high growth accounts. Apply established internal systems, tools and funnel management processes rigorously to maintain accurate reporting, records and files necessary for proper territory management. Attend tradeshow events both locally and throughout North America for the CGT market. Continuously stays up-to-date and sharpens technical knowledge within the rapidly evolving market Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred in a related science field 6 years of successsful sales or relevant experience in consultative selling environment in cell therapy or biologics Must have strong technical competence biologic manufacturing or related field and automated processing technologies in Life Sciences Market Demonstrate ability to effectively consult with customers and prospects to influence key decisions on technology and product choices Solid understanding of cell therapy development roadmap from process development towards commercialization Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and resolution skills Financial competence and self-leadership with a focus on analysis, planning, organization, execution and followup Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications, CRM [please apply online] and skills to use them effectively.
